Mr. Lu previously worked at the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in the Medical and Biological Invention Examination Department and the Patent Reexamination Board. He served as Deputy Director of the Research Division and Quality Assurance Division of the Patent Reexamination Board.
With 17 years of experience in the patent industry, during his tenure at the Patent Reexamination Board, he was primarily responsible for the examination of patent reexamination and invalidation cases, legal amendments related to reexamination and invalidation, business guidance, quality management, and academic research. He participated in the revision of the Patent Law and the Examination Guidelines, accumulating extensive professional experience.
