Zheyong CUI

Attorney Zheyong CUI has served as an expert for the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the Patent Reexamination Board. He is a recommended lawyer by Chambers and has 24 years of professional experience, having handled a large number of influential patent invalidation and litigation cases. During the third and fourth amendments to China's Patent Law and revisions to the Examination Guidelines, he served as the principal drafter and consolidator. He was also the main contributor and consolidator for key chapters of the book Case Studies and Guidance: Typical Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases published by the Patent Reexamination Board.
