Attorney Jing Han holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Tübingen, Germany, and previously participated in the Executive MBA program for Strategic Entrepreneurs at the School of Management, Zhejiang University. As a researcher in a German expert delegation, she conducted inspections and research projects in China's western regions, demonstrating a solid foundation in both engineering theory and practice.
With over a decade of experience in intellectual property (IP) law, Attorney Han serves as a senior lecturer for the China Behavior Law Association, a senior member and lecturer for the EU Development Research Association, a senior lecturer for the Ningbo Intellectual Property Protection Center, and a senior lecturer for the Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City Management Committee. She is also appointed as an overseas IP dispute resolution expert by the Zhejiang Intellectual Property Protection Center and as a think-tank expert for the Zhejiang Furniture Industry Association. She is qualified as both a licensed patent attorney and a practicing lawyer in China.
Attorney Han has extensive practical experience in corporate IP compliance system construction and IPO-related IP compliance for listed companies. She is highly skilled in guiding overseas enterprises in IP portfolio strategy and risk prevention, and has frequently shared her expertise at provincial, municipal, and district-level conferences and forums for large state-owned enterprises, leading technology manufacturers, and research institutes. She has represented well-known domestic companies in key patent and trademark litigation, as well as unfair competition and antitrust cases, demonstrating strong litigation capabilities.
Her client portfolio includes world-renowned corporations such as Qualcomm, Samsung, and POSCO (Fortune 500 companies), as well as leading Chinese and international brands like Xiaomi, Meizu, Midea, Robam, Supor, Canadian Solar, Nuctech, Tongfu Microelectronics, SF Express, Pop Mart, and Skechers. She has also provided legal services to top-tier research institutions, including the Institute of High Energy Physics (Chinese Academy of Sciences), the Institute of Optics and Electronics (Chinese Academy of Sciences), Tsinghua University, Zhijiang College, and the General Hospital of the PLA.
