This case is a Beijing-based dispute case over house purchase in the name of another person, involving loss compensation caused by purchasing affordable housing in the name of another person which affected the allocation of military housing. Our party represented the defendant in the whole process of the case. Finally, the plaintiff's entire claims were rejected in the first instance, and the judgment was upheld in the second instance
